are made by using 5 x 7 internegs created from the original slides, and the digital prints are produced by Digital Photographic Printing from 100 megabyte deep bowl scans of 35 mm professional slide
films. This is a true photographic printing from digital files.
All prints will be put on high quality, matte paper unless otherwise requested. If you prefer glossy over matte photo papers, please specify on order form. There is a 30 day money
back guarantee if the prints are returned in good condition. This offer does not include or cover any of the shipping and handling fees. All shipping (unless otherwise requested) is sent through the postal service.
Shipping is covered by insurance if damage occurs on route. P.C. Prints and Art Cards, however, are the only items not covered by insurance and are sent in regular envelopes with two stiff backing boards. Limited
Edition 16x20 Prints are shipped rolled up in large, durable tube containers. All other professionally developed prints are shipped flat, and are sandwiched between four layers of cardboard and two stiff plastic

Photo Quest reserves the right to cancel a customers order for reasons such as a print doesn't crop right for the requested size, or the slide became damaged, or it just doesn't print right, etc. If this ever
